Musician, Teacher, Composer & Producer

I am a freelance musician, educator and composer based in New York City.
I am known primarily as a "fiddle" player, but I play many instruments in many styles.
In addition to my forty years experience as a performer, I have over twenty five years experience as a violin teacher, music teacher, audio engineer, audio editor, music producer and video editor.
The featured fiddler on the soundtrack for the Billy Bob Thornton movie, “The Astronaut Farmer”, Clarence Ferrari began playing Bluegrass fiddle at the age of five. He won his first Old-Time fiddle contest in Nashville when he was six.

With over forty years experience as a multi-instrumentalist, musical director, composer, arranger, producer, sound engineer and educator, my objective is to share my knowledge, so that others may experience the joy that music has brought to my life.
If you live in, or near, Lyndhurst, NJ or West Orange, NJ, I am available for one on one in-person lessons.
Please contact me for more information.
Please note: I am no longer offering remote (virtual) violin lessons.
